I recently rented a car for a weekend trip. When I picked the car up, it was disgusting in the inside and I had to detail it at home. When going over 45mph the car shook extremely bad. And when returning the car, the staff was very rude. I would not recommend them in the future.

My wife needed a car for work because our car was going to be in the shop. Due to bad weather, her work was cancelled and she no longer needed the car. We did not receive our refund. We paid $250 for the security deposit, $162.87 ahead of time for the rental fee, and $79.98 for insurance. I called many times, and the customer service woman claimed her boss told her it was refunded already, and we just need to wait for it to go through. After 14 days, it still hasn't gone through.
