Had what I needed.
What a great company to work with. Case in point, yesterday I needed someone to come service our walkin cooler at the restaurant. Mondays are usually a hard day to get service calls in a timely manner since most companies are flooded with calls from the weekend. Ochoas was very busy according to their dispatcher and promised to get to us as soon as possible. However, their service guy, Les was nearby and had our issue repaired within one hour!
Not good at all!!! Wanted to charge me $300 and my ice machine was still not working. So i refused to pay until it was fixed. They said they would be back the next day to pick it up and take it to their shop to fix it but never came back. I do not recommend them to any business owner in waco!!!
