I bought an ice machine from them and requested that it be delivered along with some of their packaged ice. I can tell you, this was done with the highest quality of customer service I've experienced in awhile. Friendly staff, along with good advice from Mr. Eric on how to get the best results from the machine. Their ice was of the highest quality and without a doubt I'd recommend them.
