My event was from 2-6 nobody showed up or called to let me in the building, I had to call another center for them to call a supervisor! All our food and family waited in the heat outside for a hour before someone showed up to let us in!! Our kids were overheated and red faces !!!! And I'm 7 months pregnant so heat was a major issue
