I had a great experience with Oceanvale Mortgage & Finance team. They were extremely professional, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and they truly treated my deal as if it were their own. Having been in the financial industry for 10 years, I really appreciated their level of professionalism and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend Oceanvale to anyone looking for a mortgage team they can trust. 5 stars!

Kaity and Lindsey went above and beyond to help my wife and I get our mortgage. They were always an email or text away and always got back to us in a timely manner. They treated us like family and always took a positive approach with every concern we had. Things went smooth from start to finish. Nolan has put together such a great staff. Kaity and her team are great to work with! My wife and I recently purchased our first family home. My wife is currently on mat leave and I thought it was going to cause issue with lenders. However, Kaity, Lindsey and Oceanvale handled our situation with ease and we're able to get us a great rate. Not only did Kaity work on our file while being on vacation in Italy, she made the process stress free for my wife and I. I highly recommend working with Oceanvale if you are in the market for a mortgage
