Oceanside Physio helped me to recover from a knee injury about 2 months ago. Jane Waite is very knowledgeable and kind. She carefully diagnosed my injury and gave me exercises and stretches to do while healing. (A doctor agreed with the diagnosis.) I am happy to be walking normally again, and I am grateful for Jane's care and good advice.
Oceanside physio is so accommodating and friendly ! Charul was the perfect physiotherapist for my case, and helped me feel supported through my back injury. She brings such incredible knowledge and life experience to the table, and is so personable! You never feel like you are just a number to her. Highly recommend Charul and Oceanside therapy for your physio needs!
