After completing the GLAD program with the team at Oceanside Physio, the improvement in my physical strength, fitness and well being is Excellent. Alicia and Tamra were so supportive and encouraging during the 12 sessions, it was a very positive experience for me. As a result, I have now continued on with Manuel in his Pilates sessions, and again the environment created by him is friendly, educational and rewarding. I was searching after physiotherapist who is specialised in Parkinson's, what can I say. I see Tamra since 2 years or more once a week and was never disappointed. She helped me a lot. Because she can adjust the exercise to your personal needs and your Daily condition , that's were her true professionalism show's. I'm looking forward to a further successful working together till the end goal is achieved,NO SYMPTOMS Of PARKINSON'S and even further.
