Tranquil Tides is an exceptional care facility. I have been an emergency department nurse for 15 years, during which time I have seen many patients come into the hospital from various facilities in less than desirable conditions. This facility is different than the others. The quality of care received is superior and the time and energy that has been placed into the development of this business is noticeable.
