My uncle is staying there for rehab. From what I saw, nurses took care of him. We're accommodating for chairs to visit. Things looked clean too.
Everytime I visit, the front desk staff are so welcoming. Heidi the admissions director goes above and beyond for the residents and potential residents to ensure quality of care. She even brings her therapy pup Owen to bring smiles to visitors, staff and residents daily. Highly recommend!
My brother is in for Hospice since Tuesday. He was there for assisted living since November. This is my 3rd visit, not counting my visit with him at the Portsmouth Hospital. I have to say, Oceanside Center has been MUCH MORE personable, understanding as to what a whole family is enduring through the last few weeks of a person's dying process. Amazing staff, very professional. The facilities are extremely clean, and the food is OK everybody from the staff to the residence our exceptional. Highly recommend this place.
