Oceanside has been amazing in helping our dad through a challenging time. I so much appreciate their kindness and care as he works to get stronger and figure out next steps!
The night nurses are rude and unnecessarily mean! Their bedside manners need to be reviewed and cleaned up. You shouldn't be mean jerks to the people your supposed to be caring for!! Throwing an ice pack at a patient isn't nursing! getting up into someone's face because they asked for Tylenol isn't nursing! You couldn't pay me enough to stay there, EVER! In my opinion, these people should be talked with and or let go!! Oceanside should have higher standards of practice!
Huge shout out to Heidi G., admissions director at Oceanside. She went above and beyond to make sure my dad’s transition Into skilled care was flawless! The admission process was excellent, the would care nurse was wonderful and his RN was skilled and compassionate! Thank you Heidi and the Oceanside staff!!!
Today was my first visit and it was nice. The place is homey and the staff very friendly and helpful. It’s a place to check out if your loved one needs extra care
