For 8 months I've had extreme shoulder pain and have been extremely restricted with what I can do around the house and no kayaking and no poles while hiking or snowshoeing! It struck me that I should try accupuncture and made my first appointment with Andre. It was a whole hour and within the first minute of the session I felt I was floating.
