Wow this bank is awful. A majority of internet purchases simply will NEVER work with OceanFirst. Been dealing with this for years. Is there a way for you to fix this alone? No, or course not. That's actually a helpful tool for customers. YOU MUST call their customer service line when they're open, so if this happens over the weekend, or when youre making a time sensitive purchase, guess you're screwed. Cannot wait to switch banks.
