I was assisted by Mr. Metodi, I have very little banking experience as far as investing and savings. He walked me through the process, met with me multiple times I can’t thank him enough. What an asset to his Company he is. I highly would recommend anyone that has a question to seek him out.
After closing my account 3 times I got put into check systems and almost into collections because they never actually closed my account any of those 3 times.
The Cape May manager, Sue is great to work with. She is knowledgeable and kind with customers.
This is more than a bank, this is like family. From the time you walk in the door, someone greets you by name, usually. The customer service is very professional. I highly recommend this bank to visitors and local individuals and businesses. Props to Robyn for great service.
