Opened a new bank account. Person taking care of us never introduced himself to us. Made mistakes with entering our info and email. Made it seem like it was our fault for not getting his email. Never apologized when his error was pointed out. Took way too long at over 1/2 hour. If I didn’t need a local bank, I’d go somewhere else.
