I recently started going to this location for my banking purposes and I'm very pleased with my experience. I usually receive help from Gabriel Reyes. He's excellent! Gabriel always make sure that my inquires are handled within a timely manner, whenever I come in for help. The customer service is great all around.
Beware! Did not honor promotion. They instead cancelled my new customer application completed on OceanFirst Bank promotion page. They updated the website hours later removing the promotion so they wouldn’t need to honor the promotion they forgot to remove.
Unfortunately, the bank did not honor the promotion as advertised. I would advise others to be cautious.
