I’m fairly new to online banking. I’m kind of old-school, I tried to open a secured credit card online, but couldn’t do it and went into the branch for help and basically got told I was on my own. You have to do it on your phone and then when I didn’t have the funds in another account to fund the credit card I asked if I could go out to the ATM and put cash in and she said no we’re closing. She was very rude very condescending and every freaking time I go in there I get made to feel like I’m inconveniencing them, they can ca... read more
