The policies of deposits of this bank is horrendous. A local check that is deposited is not available for a week. In this day of computers it unnecessary and unreasonable.
As an overall bank I am very pleased with my OceanFirst Bank branch on 741 Route73 South in Marlton, New Jersey. The service representative Heidi A. Tortu is a lovely woman, extremely professional, friendly, intelligent, helpful and very well informed in all of your services. And the two tellers that I deal with most, forgive me, but the last names of which I do not know, are Ms. Mahvdi and Ms. Stephanie.
