Tellers are very professional. BUT branch management is incompetent. Tried to close our account on a date after our house sold because we were moving before the closing. Visited the branch met with the BM and were ready to fill out any necessary forms. He told us that was not necessary - all we needed to do was email him the day we wanted to have the account closed and he would take care of it. The Galloway Ocean First Bank has Over The Top Service! Supervisor Maria Kaflalas NMLS#1764552 went "Beyond" her Customer Care in assisting me in multiple transactions. Maria made sure that I was comfortable and I could rely on her professional skills, to get the job at hand successfully! Thank you is not enough for my appreciation of great service.
I recently went into the Galloway branch because I had fraud on my debit card . The personal banker Antoniette assured me that it would be taken care of and issued me a new card . Everything went smoothly and I received my credit. I don’t go in the branch often but when I do, the staff is outstanding.
