Most deceiving attitude or functioning of this First Bank in Monroe. I opened a CD in 2024 and I was never informed when the CD matured and they keep on auto renewing ever since. No online access or intimation of any sort given or sent even by mail. And I do not even know when is the next maturity date. This is ridiculous and need to be more transparent with the customers. Tremendous Bank. From business banking, to SBA programs, Covid PPP finances and personal service, this is the bank for businesses. We just wish there was a closer branch but they take care of our family business like family.
Stay far away from this bank. They run this bank like a third world country, if you put your money in there you are crazy. There are plenty of other choices, BEWARE.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager found a solution to a problem that has bothered me for a while. I like this branch /bank.
