I have been living at Ocean View Town Homes for approximately 4 months, and it is without a doubt the most stressful 4 months of my life. Dogs are constantly barking, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything. If you live on the first floor FORGET ABOUT IT, you will be able to hear literally every step your upstairs neighbors take.
