There's some things that really annoy me about this place. First of all, there's hardly any shade at all. It's an ugly parking lot! 2nd. For being so close to the ocean they sure do keep the parking lot dirty. It's like the maintenance crew there. Just leaf blows all the trash into one corner over by Ralph's, or by trader Joe's. For how busy this place is and the rents they get they should beautify it and plant some shade trees, some nice flowering bushes and for the love of God Clean up the parking lot!
