I previously gave a poor review of this product and modified it later having been led to believe that the primary fault lay with the third party installer. A hard working competent technician was recommended to fix the problem but despite putting in many hours he was unable to fix it. This wasn’t his fault as there is very little technical support available in Australia. This product has only ever worked intermittently since I’ve owned it and now doesn’t work at all.
I previously gave a poor review of this product. My issues have now been addressed and the primary fault lay with the third party installer.
This is the worst marine satellite antenna I’ve owned. It fails to get a signal most of the time and the back up service is virtually non existent. None of my local electronics technicians will touch it and all have advised I get Starlink instead.
Excellent Product, This is my fourth boat with an OCEAN TV Satellite Antenna. Works perfectly every time, and OCEAN TV will go out of their way to help with any issues both during install and years later. I would highly recommend this business to anyone wanting perfect Television on board their boat. Recently, added a OCEAN NET 5G LTE system as well for internet. A great system and far less expensive to run then Starlink, $365.00 for 365GB of data per year, compared to $2088 for Starlink.
Terrible service and the product installed doesn’t deliver what is promised STAY CLEAR of the company Bad news around STARLINK is a much better option Don’t waste yr money here
