I visited this truck mechanic shop recently, and unfortunately my experience was not good. One of the staff members, RYO, was very rude and his behavior toward drivers was not professional. As a driver, we expect basic respect and helpful communication when we come for service. I hope the management looks into this and improves customer service in the future.
