Fast delivery but bean bag as delivered is not like the pictures. It lacks the amount of filler to fill the back and arm rests. I had to buy 5 pounds of foam filler and added to make the chair like it’s suppose to be.
Awesome business to deal with. Was having problems choosing colors. Called to ask some question, as they suggest on the website. Ended up speaking with Frank. He was great to deal with. Spent 20 minutes on the phone helping me. Order to beanbags from him and had them a couple days later on CT.
Placed an order for Christmas and received shipment in several days (I am in the same state - Florida). Had a return of 1 item and bought another. Spoke with Frank who helped me with return and new order. Excellent customer service and excellent products.
Great quality bean bags I got a large Bean bag and a dog bed both have held up very well.
Top notch customer service! Ordered a second bean bag, first one has held up beautifully, for a long trip. When I contacted company to check on status Frank Abruzzino reached out to ask if I needed it sooner than they had planned. I gave him a date I would like to have it by, he kept me in the loop and it came just as he had said it would on time. Getting harder to find businesses, small or large these days that go the extra mile. Again thank you for the customer service
