Classic BAIT AND SWITCH. ..THEY HAVE BEEN ADVERTISING A 4 IN 1 9 INCH DEEP COPPER PAN THAT IS NEVER IN STOCK. THEY TELL YOU TO CALL SO I CALLED EVERY DAY SINCE THEY OPENED. THE ITEM IS LISTED IN THEIR FLYER BUT THEY NEVER HAVE ANY AND CAN'T TELL WHEN THEY WILL GET ITEM IN AND WILL NOT OFFER TO HOLD ONE FOR YOU.....BECAUSE IT DOESN'T EXIST! It was a pleasure to shop a clean store. After visiting Dollar Store in Chicopee which is a Total Mess....It was refreshing to see a discount store who cares enough to keep it clean. Manger on tonight was great he asked several customers including me if they needed help in finding something. Cashier Rachel was completely rude and inappropriate in front of my 7 year old ... Talking to people in front of me about a horrific crime that happened sometime in the recent years . When I pointed out that my son was able to overhear she said "oh well whatever" Manager I spoke with was nice but Rachel was so rude and belligerent that the manager had to send her to the back.
This company will not except early deliveries. So, I was asked to park in a vacant "Lowes" lot across the street. Upon my second arrival. I was ignored by secretaries until one who was not holding personal conversations would assist me..... Once I was parked, it took their "experienced" forklift operators 3 HOURS to unload 24 pallets from my truck.... On the plus side. I was able to clean truck,wash up,change clothes, fix breakfast, wash inside windows, do a log-book, smoke 4 cigarettes, call home, cancel my next load, AND W... read more
Good bargains, but accepting only 2 credit cards isn't exactly business savvy.
I like this store and find useful, inexpensive merchandise every time I go there.
What a junk hole...why cant they put in a Kohls or a Kmart...this place really stinks.
