2/19/25 Received a letter and check from this bank. It's a SCAM!!! ****BEWARE**** probably illegals up to no good bcz Trump is president now.
They cost me 500 dollars. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!
I have banked here for almost 15 years. Years back they started charging for checking. I used to have overdraft protection. Now every transaction that posts I am being charged $30. Tried to contact customer service and they are unwilling to help. The bank closes super early before even 5pm. The ATMs are far and few between. For this reason I had to cancel my account. I just opened a free checking account at navigant with interest. This bank used to be very wholesome and I have fond memories of it.
Very happy friendly people.. never had any issues been with them 6 yrs..
