Thanks to the great crew at the store and instructor in the pool for our refresher course tonight . We three needed to brush up and have our paperwork in order for diving next week in Mexico!

I always look forward to stopping in this store when I’m in town, usually every two weeks. I’ve bought almost all my dive gear here. The staff are like friends, they are knowledgeable and always smiling. They’re always willing to go the extra mile to get me what I need. They have great gear and their shop is clean, well stocked and aesthetically pleasing. I always go here first before anywhere else.

I ordered a set of dive fins online. Jen called to let me know that the ones I had ordered fit on the "large size." She had someone she knew try them on to confirm the sizing and called me back. They, in fact, did fit large. I ended up canceling the order due to time constraints. Rather than just making a sale that wouldn't work, Jen took the time to make me aware of the issue and went through the extra work to confirm the sizing. Thank you, Jen! Customer Service like this rarely happens nowadays.
