I appreciate being greeted when you enter a retail establishment however I don’t understand why the employee is so compelled to follow you around as you are shopping/looking. I live in town, had not been in the store for awhile… now I remember why and won’t be back.
I went in today to check out some souvenirs and see what it was all about. They have a wide arrange of clothing, shoes, and handcrafted body care. I purchased 3 soaps with the help of Vathsala. She was knowledgeable, kind, and had great customer service! I appreciated her help. I highly recommend 🤗
This store should come with a warning label - DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Employees follow customers so aggressively it feels like you’re being accused of stealing simply for existing in the space. It’s invasive, uncomfortable, and hostile. Same experience as everyone else who left negative reviews… My husband & I came here 2 years ago and purchased multiple, high dollar articles of clothing for relatives for Christmas gifts. After we left the store, we both mentioned to each other how odd it was that the staff had followed us the whole time but we ultimately shrugged it off.
