I’m not one to write negative reviews but I feel this is necessary and might help to prevent it happening to someone else. I am a big advocate for feeling comfortable and safe when you go into to seek support from people qualified to offer it. I went in with pain in discomfort in multiple places in my back and shoulders and instead of doing some tests, offering temporary exercises or advising to get scans done he went straight in with dry needling. Nigel is a great physio. Really helped with my weak and painful glutes! Highly recommend.
Do not recommend!!!! My partner came here and had an injury and they have ended up causing more damage and now she's having to seek other medical attention and spending more money on having to get treatment. Apparently the physio even admitted they went to hard and cuased damage.
