I love the quality of these fish! Better than anywhere else I have seen. The people are friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. We even keep in touch over the progress of my fish. 😄

Doesn't communicate with their customers, ordered a 15gal aio tank in Dec was told it would arrive mid Jan. Never received a call or email of an issue with the order. Mid Jan start asking store employees where the tanks are no one has an answer. Message the owner on Facebook no answer. I get promised a phone call and answers, I never get one days in a row this has been happening. Way to make your customers feel valued. It's past mid Feb still no answer. *****Update changed review to three stars received a refund
