I’ve been to 2 other aquatic stores in the area. Ocean Realms has continuously given us the best advice for our new freshwater tank. We kept feeling like other stores may be annoyed with all of our “beginner” inquiries and genuinely seemed over it. So we came here for our starter fish, and finally were treated like people who cared about our creatures. We were taken seriously, and felt no question was a wrong question. Very knowledgeable owner, family owned. She cares about her animals. We get all our fish needs here. They have everything from axolotls to starfish and coral. She also wouldn't mind ordering certain things for you if you're looking for something specific. A great small business to support with interactive fish.
Tanks look horrible and staff try to over charge while you’re not looking. Also most the fish have ich. WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AT ALL THE OWNER IS RUDE! Tideline is better and doesn’t try to rip you off. Also it’s sad when you reach out on a Facebook group for help and the owner seen the comments where everyone said tideline and she deleted all the comments just because she didn’t like that everyone recommended tideline.
