This summer, I completed my dry suit open water certification, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the pool sessions to the open ocean dives, every moment was amazing. I had the absolute best instructor Heather who was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and made learning both fun and thorough. I completed my open water diving license with Ocean Pro Divers and I had an incredible experience! such nice staff all around, especially my instructor Heather. She was an amazing, patient, kind instructor and it was a pleasure to learn from her! Not only did I learn tons, I also made tons of diving friends! definitely an experience I recommend to all!
I had a fantastic experience at this dive shop and highly recommend it for anyone looking to rent quality diving gear. Chelsea, the manager, was a pleasure to deal with—super easygoing and professional. I especially appreciate their "try before you buy" program: if you rent something and decide to purchase it, your rental fee gets credited toward the purchase. The reactivate course was great, the battery replacement servicing, was not. Luckily I caught the faulty battery that was a replacement before going on a trip, otherwise I wouldn’t have a useable diving computer. After over a week of waiting, the owner wouldn’t give a refund either, just another battery (which I don’t need) or a credit… I wouldn’t recommend buying anything there…
