I had hurricane damage to my home, and my insurance company didn’t want to pay me anything. I hired Ocean Point Claim, and I’m so glad I did. My adjuster, **Mary Petrou**, did an excellent job from start to finish. We had to go to mediation, and both Mary and **Eli** went above and beyond to fight for me. Weeks after our home was badly damaged by the Oct 19 2024 Hobe Sound Tornado, we engaged Eli Goins of Ocean Point Claims as our public adjuster. Eli immediately responded with a complete assessment of the damage, which proved to be much greater that we recognized. Ocean Point (Jacob More) was there to help with ourr Roof Insurance Claim. Worked with our Insurance Company and when the insurance company refused , Jacob explain options. NO MONEY PAID BY US TO Ocean Point If fwe didn't get paid. I already had three quotes to replace our roof.( We had ro replane) h We replaced our roof and paid for the roof out of pocket . 1. A friend of mine recommended them to me, so I went with them. This was a good decision since my insurance company decided they didn’t want to pay for the roof. They nickel and dimed, so Anthony was able to get with them for more. They also gave Anthony a hard time, so he had to get an appraiser involved. They were able to get more to the claim. I would call them again. After this whole ordeal I am contemplating moving to a different insurance carrier. Thanks again Anthony!!
