Weeks after our home was badly damaged by the Oct 19 2024 Hobe Sound Tornado, we engaged Eli Goins of Ocean Point Claims as our public adjuster. Ocean Point (Jacob More) was there to help with ourr Roof Insurance Claim. Worked with our Insurance Company and when the insurance company refused , Jacob explain options. A friend of mine recommended them to me, so I went with them. This was a good decision since my insurance company decided they didn’t want to pay for the roof. They nickel and dimed, so Anthony was able to get with them for more. They also gave Anthony a hard time, so he had to get an appraiser involved. They were able to get more to the claim. I would call them again. After this whole ordeal I am contemplating moving to a different insurance carrier. Thanks again Anthony!!
