Kristen Rich is an incredible osteopath! She has helped me tremendously over the past few months in so many ways, from calming and regulating my nervous system to addressing chronic one-sided neck and shoulder pain, sacrum discomfort, and other concerns throughout my body. Kristen is incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, warm, empathetic, and genuinely attentive. I highly recommend Shauna Fairholm. She is a gifted therapist with a wealth of knowledge in anatomy who helps me greatly with a multitude of issues. I also love the cranial sacral work she performs on me. My tense body always feels relaxed and loose after a visit. Be sure to book ahead though, as she is in high demand.
Arthur is an amazing very educated and experienced masseuse and has helped me get through a horrible car accident. Arthur is also extremely experienced with cranial sacral therapy and is very gentle in the process.
