MFR with Jessica is my go-to form of my bodywork! As a PT myself I greatly appreciate what she does, all the education she’s done to get as good as she is, and the way she explains her techniques to me.
Visiting Jessica brings a total rebalancing. We focus on one thing and then my body decides where to go next.
Jessica is so knowledgeable, gentle and kind. To my great surprise, she was able to resolve my week's old knee and leg pain in just two sessions. I'll definitely be back!
I saw Jessica today for Myofascial Release therapy. I had been having some pain in my knees and hips after doing longer hikes. She analyzed what was going on with my hips and was able to treat the issues I was having. I’m feeling significantly improved! She also worked on my neck and back where I tend to have chronic tightness and made some suggestions for future treatments. Her office was clean and comfortable, and she answered all of my questions. Can’t wait to go back!
