Do not book these people! Upon arrival they wanted extra money for things already in the paper work. Were very nice use and talked to woman very badly. Our massage chair was in the paperwork, but they wanted what they called $150 “bulky fee” because they supposedly couldn’t put anything on our massage chair during the move but somehow our $1600 massage chair has a slit across the leather.They also wanted $50 extra for bubble wrap to bubble wrap my vanity mirror so they supposedly wouldn’t get broken lo and behold the vanity ... read more
They took gave me so much grief when they finally showed up to move my things...it took almost 3 weeks to get my things delivered to my new location and then when they arrived said the truck wouldnt make it to driveway that we had to come and unload it...This company is a joke and i wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy...i wonder if i can put a suit against them..VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SERIOUSLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR THINGS....FOR THE RECORD I HAVE TO GIVE A STAR BEFORE I COULD SUBMIT THIS REVIEW ..NO STAR IS DE... read more
TERRIBLE!! Corrupt!! …underbid the job by 50%. Adding all sorts of erroneous fees. Did not communicate all of their requirements. Calling my attorney and better business bureau- BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
Not even worth one-star. They sent to our home to estimate the job. He under estimated by 50% the actual size. He did this by generalizing. For instance, “Kkng bed” means mattress and box springs, but does not include frame, headboard or footboard. How is the consumer supposed to know?!?! Once we found out, we provided a list ourselves. WARNING to potential customers: do your research and at all costs, DO NOT BOOK OCEAN MOVING! They will lie and take advantage of your most vulnerable state during a stressful long distance move. Read reviews elsewhere (BBB, Yelp, Google, etc.) - you'll see negative 1-star reviews (real customers) and positive 5-star reviews (probably employees and paid reviewers).
