Nice facility with polite staff
I am disgusted with this place,new owners just took over this facility,so I enquired about respite then permanent at this facility,I was told yes there are vacancies for the above mentioned,sent all required documents to be told someone from here was going to assess my family members needs,we were getting excited as my family member has lived in Torquay for over 30 years,and wants his last days in Torquay,so patiently waiting,one week later,the social worker received a call from this place, upgraded,new owners!!!!!!!! I visited my friend here. She said it's a lovely place for respite. The staff are very caring and the rooms are a good size. Meals are very nice
