This was a deeply negative experience. The massage pressure was excessively painful, and my repeated requests for adjustment were ignored. The environment felt unprofessional and boundaries were repeatedly violated. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment, as my experience aligns with numerous other negative reviews. I was hopeful for a better experience considering the overall rating was 4.6stars. this was definitely not the case.
Every time I have gotten a massage here has been great. I usually see Luna, who does a great job and has good, controlled power and great knowledge.
The robotic massage is an absolute waste of money.
The massage was great!!!!! Love it!!!! 100% recommended.
This will be a long review so I will leave the most important part here: I repeated the words “Please leave the room so I can put my clothes back on” 12 separate times and the therapist still did not listen and refused to leave the room. I have been to this location before and have always been very happy, but today was one of the worst experiences I have had with any business.
