I would not normally write a google review but I have noticed on their website they only show reviews of 4 stars or more. They obviously don't publish 3 stars or less. I have tried twice to review a light fitting that we had to return. I gave 3 stars due to the item was terrible but the customer service was great. Now that I know they filter the reviews they get 1star 🙄
