Management will terminate you without cause. HEU will not step in. New employee, be aware of the lack of support during your orientation. Do not ask questions, or you may lose your job. Edit: I am sure you are committed. But the emotional damages are done, it is undescribedable the feeling of being fired for the first after 23 years in the workforce without ever being reprimanded, and this only after 15 days at work. I've been working hospitality all my life, so it is hard to accept being fired without knowing why.
The staff are great, but overworked and understaffed. Often care duties are skipped, not by staffs lack of care, but by management/ownerships refusal to appropriately staffs the care facility.
Great staff, warm delicious food that is healthy and use of space is excellent. Recreational therapy is wonderful and robust. I can't say enough good things about this place!
Great retirement community. Friendly staff.
