I am a disabled, United States Marine Corps veteran that requires a service dog. I was denied service at this location because they claimed one of the bank employees was allergic to dogs. This is a clear violation of the Americans with disabilities act and I will be filing a formal complaint with the US Department of Justice. The credit union motto is "Catholic values you can bank on!" The way they treated me wasn't very Christian.
Elizabeth, The Manager is a nightmare. The service given to not just myself, but 4 others was beyond disgraceful. They made a simple process, extremely difficult and stressful. I was dealing with 6 banks, including their Sister Branch...with no problem and much higher amounts, zero problems except for here. She is rude, disrespectful, has very little knowledge of the legal Estate Process, lied and has extremely poor communication skills. She made a very sad and hard time, harder then it had to be.
