Absolutely horrific. They transported my elderly father to his chemo appt and wheeling the wheelchair carelessly hit the curb and dumped him out on the ground! Injuring him! Police, end the whole shebang. No one from ocean one even called to follow up or check on him! They were supposed to transport him home- no way.
Great service if u live in toms river.a lot more than half the time they are all filled up and can't get a ride
I scheduled my ride 3 weeks ahead of time, and even confirmed it the day before and they never showed up!
