This is by far the best and in my experience the only place to rent bikes. Olivia couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly, always wanting to make sure we are happy with our bikes and quick to make any adjustments necessary. My wife is always in her happy place riding her trike on the boards all day long. And bringing back donuts for the rest of us!
# Sept 2024 # We finished off the season renting a 1-row surrey with a front basket equipped with an optional steering wheel so the baby could drive. Now I have to admit, I still like the 7-sp BOSS bike a lot more, but everyone has to experience riding a surrey in their lifetime. Be forewarned though, it can be a bit of a workout if you ride on an especially windy day! they charged $100 just to fix the damn tire of an e-bike, the first time they charged $ 55 and they put a needle in the tire on purpose and it punctured the second time and they took another $45 to fix it.very rude staff
Took my bike to tighten the seat. We were there for like 5 minutes and he literally just took a wrench and turned the bolt. Gave it back and charged $20?
Above and beyond, over the top, customer service. Great family.
