DO NOT USE!!!! I booked a 6 seater golf cart on June 17th for July 3! They require you to pay immediately to reserve the cart. I paid $611 and when I got there to pick it up they had "overbooked". We had no golf cart and no warning prior to going to pick up the cart. We found out 1 hour before everyone closed on JULY 3rd! We had to scramble to find a new cart. This happened to our entire group! BEST PART... As of JULY 9th, I still have not received my refund!!!!
Place is an absolute scam. Charged $3,000 for our reservation and we get there day before Fourth of July when ALL of Port A doesn’t have a single cart we have a family of fourteen mind you. They said they don’t even own 8 seater golf carts when that’s what we booked. The woman was absolutely rude asking “what????” we wanted when we arrived like our presence was an inconvenience to her. STAY AWAY from this rental place. The woman running the front desk has zero knowledge of how to work the booking system or simple technology. She wasn’t able to produce a receipt after charging my account multiple times for a simple transaction. The other family we went with had to cancel their cards because of the repeated charges to their account also. When asked to speak with the owner of the establishment she wasn’t able to contact them either but their voicemail picked up to Sage cart rentals. Scammers all around.
If i could give a 0 stars i would. Called repeatedly about reservation. No answer. Texted. No answer. Was in front of office at 10 am that showed they had operating hours of 8am - 5pm. No one there and office locked. Other people in front of office showed up experiencing the same scenario. Avoid this business at all costs. There are too many other options in Port A.
I have used Ocean carts for the past 3 summers. The staff is so friendly and the carts work great. The stereo has Bluetooth to connect to your phone. Highly recommend!
