Ocean Blue Auto Transport gave us a fair price and fast service. Dave Morgan found us a reliable driver and followed through until delivery. We would use them again!
This is the worst transport company I have ever dealt with. Complete chaos, they don’t fulfill any of their obligations! Constant promises and empty words, and in the end — delays, rudeness, and a total lack of responsibility. Ocean Blue Auto Transport is not a service, it’s a mockery of customers. They took the money and delivered nothing. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this shady company. A real rip-off!
I am extremely disappointed with Rappoport LLC’s auto transport services. My car was delivered late, and the staff provided very poor communication about the timing and condition of the vehicle. Calls and messages were often ignored or answered with significant delays. The cost of the service does not match the quality, and the promised safe transport of the car was not fulfilled. I do not recommend this company if you want reliable and careful vehicle transportation.
