It was a 1st but overall - a relaxing 45 min session. Kim (owner/therapist) is a professional service provider, personable & has a great attitude. I'm from Wyndham Vale.
The massage itself was okay, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The technique was below average, and the face cushion and bed sheets had an unpleasant smell, as though they hadn’t been changed in a long time. I booked a 45-minute massage but only received around 20 minutes, as the therapist spent a significant amount of time preparing and walked in and out of the room several times during the session. Sadly, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place

I had a wonderful experience head spa and massage with Ruby. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her technique was excellent, helping to release tension and leaving me feeling completely relaxed. The room was clean, calming, and welcoming. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality massage and head spa great service!
