The security guards and the manager aren't very friendly. The manager with the glasses smiles, but he has a double personality, and that's called passive-aggressive. If they don't change that staff, many people will go to another bank, it's as simple as that, believe me.
By far, the best customer service in Central Florida! Most banks offer similar products, but the customer service makes a huge difference! I discovered Ocean Bank since they opened their branch in Downtown Orlando, and I can assure that their staff consistently shines serving their customers with excellence.
