I’ve been banking with Ocean Bank for over 10 years, and I love the personalized service they provide! Their quick response, guidance, and attention is second to none. The Weston office is small and a pleasure to visit at any time. My account officer, Sylvia Mendietta, is always available and the absolute best. I would recommend Ocean Bank to anyone for personal or business accounts.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service I have received from my account officer Sylvia Mendietta and the branch manager Mita Gonzalez. My account was compromised which resulted in an overdrawn balance. I made deposit(s) to my account to ensure that my scheduled bill payment was successful.
