This review is specifically for Ms Rosemary Aguilar, a customer service specialist. Her title says it all! She has assisted my mother, aunt, and I on numerous occasions. She always goes above and beyond to assist our matters. Her customer service is top notch and it is an absolute pleasure working with Rosemary. We are extra appreciative considering it is difficult to find personnel like her in today’s work force. Rosemary, thank you! Ocean Bank is lucky to have her.

I have to say I have never experienced a bank that goes above and beyond for their customers. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Opened my accounts with Rosemary. She is the kindest and most knowledgeable person I have ever come across at any bank. Leslie is also very kind and welcoming very attentive as well. Sebastian is quick and knowledgeable and kind.
