To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration following my recent visit to your office on feb 20th and March 4th. The experience was not only unpleasant — it was completely unacceptable and unprofessional on multiple levels. Purchase 3 90 minutes deep tissue massage package. It was the worst experience. The room was freezing cold, the AC was blowing right at me. The sheets were gross and oily. The therapist was unskilled. Her fingers were cracking as it was her first time and the moves and pressure were random. I did not feel any release or relaxation. The massage lasted 58 minutes instead of 90. I’m not looking to be freezing and uncomfortable again not for cheap not for free, never going back there.
Went for my 1st massage today. Had a great experience. Booked my next massage for me and my husband.
Amazing home and office care! The office is super accommodating and friendly. Great overall experience. I highly recommend the practice.
