Not much help in an emergency type situation. You have to fill out a handwritten complaint and snail mail it to their office. Probably how they deter from having to do work. Our government needs to remember they work for us, not the other way around.

I hired an Attorney that lied to me from beginning to end. I contacted O.C.D.C. with my complaint, who transferred my complaint to a branch office here in the St. Louis area. I was told today by the lead Attorney in that office, that my complaint had been dismissed. I can only believe that each profession defends its own. I know I have a good case against this guy..
