If I can give a 0 I would. My son was scheduled many times and canceling at the last minute. We been waiting over a year, once the appointment is about to come, then they call to cancel. They used to also had a good occupational therapist, he was the best now they have the worst red headed lady she doesn’t know any skills. The whole administration needs to be replaced.
