I have never, in my life, seen someone so bad at communicating. I trusted Dr.Jetzer to help me get FAA medically certified so I could pursue my dream of being a pilot, and he didn’t seem to take it seriously at all, despite how important it was to my future. This was years ago but , at my scheduled appointment, I waited for more than an hour past my appointment time before I was seen. When the examiner entered the room, the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. The exam itself lasted approximately two minutes. During the encounter, the examiner did not provide a thorough evaluation of my condition and did not appear interested in understanding my symptoms or medical history.
